Day 21

Hey guys, it's Wednesday and you know that means another WWATC challenge!!!  This week our sponsor is Lacy Sunshine and the theme is Funky Color Hair!!!  Here is my take on the challenge.  I really wanted her hair to stand out so I used bright colors on that and then pastel colors on everything else!

 So after I colored her and made her look like I wanted her, I realized that she had nothing to do with Halloween so here is my Halloween theme project for 31 days!!!
