MMM ~ Marvel Action Hero's

Hello Lovelies, I am here today to show you the project I made for the newest Movie Magic Monthly challenge.  As the title of my post says it is Any Marvel Action Hero!  That's right Any Marvel Action Hero any project!!!  I needed to make some invitations for a friend of mine and it just so happened that her little one wanted a HULK party so this is what I made.

I used an image from The Octopode Factory and printed the words off my computer:

Movie Magic monthly #3

Hello my lovelies, I am back, I know it's been a while but this move was massive!!  Anyway I am back and getting into the swing of things again and I am back today with the new challenge over at Movie Magic Monthly!  This month we are doing Harry Potter vs. Lord of the Rings.. Now you all know how much of a HP nerd I am and how much I love HP, but I have a very strong love for LotR too!!!  It was so hard to decide what to do for my first project, but alas time and ease won out and I made a wand to represent HP...

This was super easy to do, I mean crazy stupid easy!!!  I had seen pictures online and of course they are all over pinterest but peeps it's crazy stupid easy!!!  What you need is a chopstick, hot glue, and paint... that's it...


You add the hot glue to the chop stick and mold it how you want it to look, you do need to wait til it cools but I have a low temp glue gun that I used!!!  You can add anything to it, beads to give it more texture anything... I went simple with just the hot glue this time but I do have to say that I am thinking of a dowel and some gems for a staff for later this month.... Just sayin....

Here it is and remember you don't have to use an image to play along, you can make anything that represents the challenge theme as long as it is a new project!!!!  So come on over and let me see them!!!!

I made this while laying in bed one day with my back out and the Twilight book lying on the chair across the room... I didn't have much around except paper and pen but I think this came out wonderfully!!!

Movie Magic Monthly

Hello Lovelies, It's here, the day I told you about the day we start our new Montly challenge on the new Movie Magic Montly challenge blog! We will be posting a new movie challenge on the 10th of every month!!!

 

This month we are featuring the movie Alice In Wonderland.

 

 

Now the cool thing about this new challenge blog is that you can make anything you want that represents the movie of the month!!!  Doesn't have to be a papercraft!  It can be any craft item, anything!!!  It does need to be new and made for the challenge!!! That is cool!!! 

 

Here is what I made for this months movie...

 

 

It's a journal page I made using a Alice image I found for free on the web and mushrooms from Dilly Beans!  It's all about decisions!  How hard they are to make sometimes!!!  Anyway, I hope you enjoy and head on over to the new blog to see what everyone else has made and while your there check out our DT page on the top of the blog.
