Full Front Tri-Fold Card Cutting and Folding Tutorial

This is only the directions for cutting, scoring, and folding you card. It is up to you to decorate it any way you like!!!!!! Have fun doing so and drop me a comment to let me know where I can view your finished project!!!!! Happy Creating!! Kelli

Step 1: Cut your card stock to 5 1/2 x 11.
Step 2: Score your cardstock. I know it is hard to see the numbers in the picture so the measurements, from left to right, are as follows; 3 3/4, 1 13/16, 1 13/16, 1 13/16, 1 3/4.

Step 3: Fold along your score lines. On long side measure 1" in between the last two 1 13/16 score lines as indicated in picture above. Do this from top and bottom. Cut that line from score line to score line. ( I hope this makes sense.)

Here is one way that your card can be folded.
Here is my finished card.

Remember...I showed you mine now you show me yours!!!!! LOL

What A Summer

Wow, what a summer it has been already. It has been fun and sad at the same time. My hubby has been deployed for most of the summer, and the kids and I are having a hard time without him. Anyway we have been keeping busy with going to the waterpark, shopping for books, playing with friends, and i of course have been stamping up a storm trying to keep occupied! I am doing several swaps this summer and enjoying them all. Our best friends moved across country so that was sad for us, but we are keeping in touch almost daily. I am posting some pictures of some of the projects I have been working on and of course the picture frame in the last post was a big one!!! Hope you enjoy!
The card is one I made for my daughters birthday, but loved it so much have made another. I am in several groups that swap ATC's so the middle is one of several I have made. The Sanchez Family Reunion Picture. It is a couple of years old but I have not received this years pictures as of yet. This is some of my Dads brothers and sisters!!!

Daughters Picture Frame

I made this picture frame for my daughter using the emboss-resist/etching technique. Not sure if you can see the stamp set really well yet but I used the Butterfly Queen from Bombshell Stamps. That is one of my favorite sets. Her favorite color is blue so I let her pick which color blue she wanted for the bacground. Hope you enjoy!!!

Harry Potter Day

Well it is 3:43 am on Wednesday July 15th. The kids and I just got back from the 12:00 showing of Harry Potter Half Blood Prince. I have to say, it was not as I expected. I guess though that if they were to include all of the information that I deemed important from the book then it would have been a 4 hour movie instead of 2. Oh well all in all it was a good movie. If you have not read the books then you will love it!!!

On to other things now. I have been busy working on ATC's recently. I am going to post what I have so far and then next time I will post some of my Altered Art. I am working on projects for another blog where I was accepted at a guest artist for the month. So be on the lookout for that update.

Have a great day everyone. Off to bed!!!

Hello Friends,

I also host a swap on this site, I think it is great!!!! The “Fatbook” is a template, any shape, that you take and decorate to the nines… the bigger the better… I hope you enjoy!!! Happy Stamping and Crafting…
DAUGHTER’S 14TH BIRTHDAY!
Almost every year since she has existed she has had more than one birthday party! She has a cousin that’s birthday is one week before hers so we usually celebrate jointly with them and also at our home, although there were a few years when we lived on the west coast that we could not do that. We usually have the joint party the weekend before and then another get together of some sort on her birthday. One year she had 4, which was when she turned 3! This year was no different. We celebrated with Meagan the weekend before and then took her to South Carolina on the weekend of her birthday the next week, so that she could go to 8th grade prom with her friends that she had gone to school with from 4th grade until we had to leave at the end of her 7th grade year. Anyway I guess the point to all of this is so that I can show what I made for her this year. At the joint party she usually just gets a small present from us and her big gift on her actual birthday. The Music is Life card and the Skull Journal were what she got at the joint party. The Bombshell fairy and the bracelet were what she got on her birthday. These are all the things I made. Of course her major present was a cell phone (lordy be, help me now) . Hope you enjoy!

Ok, I know it’s been a while. Sorry about that. It has been crazy busy around here. The kids are finishing school, they will be done on Wednesday. I have been helping out in Hunter’s classroom, so I am ready for school to be out also. Steven is getting ready to leave on deployment, on Father’s day actually. My great friend Terra left to go to the other side of the country so that has been hard on me and the kids.!:( On a good note, I have been stamping like crazy around here. I am posting a picture of something I am making for a friends website, in hope that I will be a guest artist featured on her blog for the month of July.

I am not a person that like the “normal” stamp images. Do not get me wrong I have my fair share of them, but I am always on the lookout for new and unique things. A friend of mine introduced me to a new(to me) stamping company several months ago and I cannot tell you how happy I was that she did. This is one of the first cards that I made using stamps from Bombshell stamps. I made this for my cousin, he just loves tattoos so I thought he would like this card. I have also made a tag for a present.

FIRST POST EVER!!!
I am a stay at home mom of 2. A Navy wife, and an avid stamper. I was introduced to rubber stamping about 6 years ago and fell in love. At first I only stamped cards because that is what I thought you had to do. Then I started seeing other things that were being stamped and thought to myself…oh I can do that, or I wonder if it will work on this. So I started experimenting and oh the things I came up with, although I will admit, I had help on some of them. So I guess you could say I am hooked.
