Pity Party Swap Goodies #1

Hello Lovelies,  This month I am going to be participating the a blog-a-long with Effy Wild.  She said that it had been so long since she blogged that she wanted to do it and have friends do it with her so I said why not, we all know I can, I mean I have done 31 Days of Halloween since it's inception so the month of August should not be a problem right?  Well at least I hope not!!!  Anyway why should I just keep it to one month a year... Does this mean that I will be posting something everyday of the year... probably NOT but it does mean that I will try to be better at posting...

Last month I signed up to be part of a pity party swap... OK background info... I am in a yahoo group called PennyWiseArts...  They are a lovely bunch of ladies!  Anyway every year there is a retreat which I would love to go to, it's in my favorite state at my 2nd favorite time of year, but alas, I didn't know of this group when I lived in this state... Washington State.  So of course I have not been able to go to a retreat.  At these retreats every person going designs a project and provides all the major supplies for everyone attending to make this project.  So those of us who can't make it to the yearly retreat started doing a Pity Party Swap so that we could feel like a part of the retreat too!
This year we had 11 participants including myself so i thought that I would make a project from the Pity party swap on the days when I don't have Design team projects to post so that you could see what we have been up to!

So here goes,   This project is from: Becky Hoerr!  She gave us everything except the markers to color the image with and I used Distress Markers to color mine.  The instructions said to cut the image into 4 pieces when you were done coloring and that is a great idea except for, a) I only had scissors and b) I couldn't cut a straight line with scissors if you paid me to, so there you have a whole image!!!
