Autumn Blessings

Hello Everyone!   Today I have a sweet card showcasing the Orange You Glad Sparkle Blend!  I recently received this die and immediately thought of this layout for a card!   I have featured at least one of every item that is in the Orange you Glad sparkle blend, and there are some stinking cute things in there!!!!  I especially love the little flowers and butterflies!

I've used some recollections card stock for matting and some Echo Park celebrate autumn patterned paper.  Tied some raffia around the bottom and added a couple of clear bubble stickers from the Echo Park collection.

Here is the close up of all the items in the Orange you glad sparkle blend!  Aren't they yummy!!

Thanks for joining me today!!!

Don't forget that you can only find the limited edition Sparkle Blends at White Rose Crafts LLC.

Bombshell Tutorial and Forever Night Challenge!

Hello everyone welcome to this wonderful Friday!  Today I have to share with you a Tea Box tutorial.  One of my dearest friends is going through a rough time and she loves tea so I thought I would make this for her to cheer her up!

Forever Night Challenge this Friday is Wicked Treats! Our Sponsor this week is Limited Run  they have some pretty sweet images over there.   I actually made a tag with a fairy image I got from them to go with my tea box for my friend!  I am totally getting into silhouettes now and thought this was pretty wicked.  Love the sparkles! Hope you enjoy and remember to head over to the forever night challenge blog to see what the others have made for you!

Bombshell Blog Hop

Hello Lovelies, It’s time for another Bombshell Blog Hop!!!  I am super stoked about this one as it is a color challenge and sometimes you just need that extra little push to get the creative juices flowing!  On this I kept it pretty simple as there are 7 gagillion other things going on at the moment.  I used the butterflies from the Butterfly Queen bombshell set!

Here is the color Palette that MS. Alison gave us to work with this month!

Isn’t it pretty!!

Here is my project:

ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE

It's that time again my lovlies, Bombshell Blog Hop time, here is what our lovely Inky Button has to say about the first Bombshell Blog Hop of the Year!

"We all have our own home remedies...a pinch of this, with a dash of that and gargle. *giggle Well, it's time to put your thinkin' caps on, and ALTER an item you have laying around. That's right...don't be content with that over the counter crafting stuff...take something you have and give it a little bit of TLC; a pinch of this glitter and a splash of that alcohol ink. (Hopefully you won't have to gargle....*wink) Let your imaginations run wild as you use your Bombshells to breathe new life into an otherwise boring item.

We will be Hoppin' this challenge on January 27th. So if you're interested in joining us for this hop, leave a comment here no later than Monday January 25th. Then, come back on the 26th to pick up the HTML code for the list of hoppers to add to your post. It's as easy as that. If you participate in the hop you receive an entry into this month's prize package, and if you choose to just hop and comment you'll be entered for that too! It's a win-win for us all!

Can't wait to see what you come up with! Hop or be hopped for your chance to win the fabulous prize package shown below!"

So for my project I decided to use an old cork board I had lying around. I had picked this up from the dollar store a while ago knowing I wanted to do something with it and this blog hop was the perfect opportunity. When I pulled it out of the box of never ending things to alter! LOL It had a crappy blue band around it that was held on with hot glue that was coming off so I just helped it along and ripped it all the way off!!:) I used Butterfly Queen and Bombshell Angel stamp sets. Chipboard butterflies with perfect pearls(thanks to my son who said it needed a little more sumtin!!!) and flowers that I have had forever! The ribbon is from SU. I colored my Angel and the butterflies with Copic markers!

Now that you have checked out my project for the hop head on over to these other lovely blogs and keep on hoppin!!!!!!
